Robert Hess (aka. DrinkBoy)
I've been on the cocktail scene since the late 1990's when I created the DrinkBoy.com website. Back in those days, the cocktail landscape was a lot different then it is today. The only bitters which were easily available was Angostura, nobody knew was "orange bitters" were, Luxardo cherries were almost impossible to find, if you searched really hard you "might" be able to find a julep strainer, and almost everybody muddled an orange wheel and cherry in their Old Fashioneds.
In 2010, Imbibe magazine included me in their list of "Most Influential Cocktail Personalities"
Here are places you can find me on the web:
This page is intended to be a bit of an "example" of what a user-page might contain. Note that it is personal, and mildly promotional, this is fine for a user-page. If this had been a page "on" the site that was intended to be an article about me, it would be a lot different.
