This isn’t really a mixed drink style, but instead a way to serve spirits or cordials. To serve a drink “neat” means the requested product is simply poured into a glass, without any ice or mixing coming into play at all. Sometimes, a splash of water is added to the spirit, but only at the customer’s request.
