The Daiquiri is a simple rum sour.

Basic Recipe

  • 2 ounces white rum
  • 3/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 3/4 ounce lime juice

Shake with ice, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
